Balanced Scorecard and Continuous Improvement Model (CIM) for School Risk Management

By using a sound, comprehensive model for risk management, a school district is more likely to achieve its instructional objectives and district stakeholders are more likely to feel confident about the future.  Effective long term performance begins with the ability to identify where gaps exist and to understand the steps that lead to improvement.

This is a national school community project with task forces, steering group  and numerous way to share and learn about best practices and balanced scorecards in risk management.   The target completion date of September 2011. Click on items below to view/download document
